All Things Trauma

The small group will provide a safe, supportive environment for individuals who have experienced trauma. Its goal will be to help group members process their experiences, learn healthy coping skills, and build resilience through shared understanding, education, and spiritual connection. While also finding a deeper understanding of God’s word in order to help towards possible healing.
